1. Acceptance
By using Velarian's services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Velarian provides software-as-a-service AI agents — including voice receptionist, chatbot, outbound sales, and social media — to subscribers based on the plan they purchase.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. The first 7 days are a free trial; you'll be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of charge.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Velarian to: (a) violate any law, (b) send spam or unsolicited messages outside the boundaries of applicable opt-in/CAN-SPAM/CASL regulations, (c) impersonate any person, (d) reverse-engineer or resell the service.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.
6. AI output
The service uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Velarian's total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; if we do, we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
